What to Expect

Welcome to my Wedding Information Page. I would love to be a part of your Wedding Day. I hope the information you find here is helpful to you and answers any questions you may have about working with me. I know together we will create memories that will last a lifetime, and ones you can pass down to generations to come.

Each couple and their Wedding Day is unique. I will focus on capturing this. Your photos will be an authentic piece of you and will tell future generations who you are.

My goal will be and always is to tell the story of your Wedding Day by capturing every little detail of the day. From the tears your daddy sheds walking your down the aisle, to the intimate moment you share as husband and wife on the dance floor during your First Dance.

I will tell the real memories, the memories that will tug at your heart strings, and the memories that will make you feel something, as you flip through your images every year on your anniversary.

Shall we get started?

Getting Ready

Getting Ready happens about 1 to 3 hours before your ceremony.

During this time, I will capture all the details that are coming together. From the something old, to your mommy's delicate hands as she is buttoning the back of your gown, these are the details that tell your story.

As you prepare for your day, try to get ready in a well lit room that is free from clutter, doing so will give you the clean and conceptual images you have always dreamt about.

First Look-23.jpg

What is a First Look?

This is when you see each other for the "First Time" on your wedding day. It is a private moment for just the couple, without the eyes of their family and friends.

For a lot of couples, sharing this moment with each other can make the moment more intimate then it would seeing each other across the ceremony area filled with family and friends.

There are pros and cons of a first look and this is something you as a couple should talk about and decide together. Whatever you decide for your day, in the end, I just want to make sure we allow enough time to get the kind of photos you want. I will help plan the timeline of your day to make sure this happens.

Group Portraits

These do not need to be stressful. I help keep things organzied so that we get through them smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Some things to keep in mind when we plan for the Group Portraits, is to find a location in close proximity to the ceremony/reception venue.

The bigger the family the more time we will need to allow for family portraits. Again, I will provide a timeline for your photos, I just need to know the size of your famiies.

The Ceremony

I always try to be careful and subtle as I capture the intimate moments of your ceremony. This includes wearing shoes that I know will not klick-klack as I walk around the venue.

I will capture the moment your daddy sheds his first tear, to vows, the "First Kiss" and everything in between.

Please check with your ceremony venue for any restrictions the photographer may have.

The Reception

While you are now relaxing with your family and friends, I will be documenting all the hard work you put into your day.

I will focus on the details of the place settings, the floral arrangements and the candids of your guests.

We will then have the toasts, the cake cutting, and the special dances. After this, I would be happy to stay a couple of hours to capture the dance floor as it heats up. However, I like to give you and your guests time to enjoy the night without the camera in your face.
