Maternity, Newborn and Milestone

There's nothing quite like those first few days with your newborn - the tiny details, sleepy snuggles, and overwhelming love. My newborn sessions are designed to capture all of that in a calm, cozy, and natural way.

Sessions take place in my warm, welcoming studio where everything is set up to keep baby (and parents!) relaxed and comfortable. I provide a beautiful collection of wraps, blankets, and simple props, focusing on timeless images that highlight your baby just as they are.

As a mom of seven, I understand how precious (and fleeting) this stage is. I take a gentle baby-led approach, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and breaks as needed.

Your session includes:

• 2-3 hours of studio time
• A full gallery of 30+ edited high-resolution images
• Access to props, wraps, and wardrobe options
• Full print and download rights
• Parent and sibling shots included

To get the best sleepy poses, it is best to capture your new little one between 5 and 14 days after birth, this is when baby is most sleepy and relaxed. These sessions take place in my studio, in downtown New Ulm. The only things you will need to bring with you to your session is the baby, and any special items (blankets, outfits, props, etc) that you would like included in your photos. It is best to book these sessions about 2 to 3 months before your due date, as my schedule fills up quickly. You will find my package options below.

Our little ones grow far too quickly, especially during the first year. Capturing their milestones helps freeze that moment in time, which is a great reason to purchase a milestone session. Let me help freeze those moments that pass far too quickly.
