My clients know that I don't offer USB drives anymore, unless you purchase them, and downloading your images can be confusing, but it does not need to be. I have decided this "How To" Blog Post needed to happen, so that the downloading process is simpler for my clients.

When I send you the email, that tells you that your gallery is "Live", there is a link to your gallery in that email, and you simply just click on that link. This will bring you to the screen below. Please follow the steps below for either the whole gallery download, or single photo download.

Whole Gallery

Step 1: You will see the download arrow (circled in red, in the above image), by clicking on this arrow it will bring you to the next step.

Step 2: You will then come to a screen (see image below) that asks you to enter your email and pin. The email account your use does not have to be the one I sent your gallery to, however the pin does have to be the pin I included in that email. Click on the "Next" button.

Step 3: You will now see the screen pictured above. In the screen you will see the "Highlights" folder is chosen. You will not need to do anything with this option unless your gallery is from a Mini Session. If this is from a Mini Session and you did not purchase the whole gallery, then you will need to have the "Package Images" folder selected.

Step 4: Choose the download size. If you are downloading for prints, you will want to select "High Resolution". If you are downloading to place the images on social media, then the "Web Size" will be enough.

Step 5: Chose the location where you want to download your images to. Your options are "My Computer", "Dropbox", or "Google Photos". If you are downloading your images to your computer it will download as a ".zip" file. In your ".zip" file you can see your images. If you are downloading them to "Dropbox" or "Google Photos" you will see your images in there.

Step 6: Click on the "Start Download" button.

Step 7: Enjoy your Images for years to come!
